First, ebay changed their policies so contact information was no longer available.  Thus there was no way to contact other than email information I had before the auction closed.  This is being posted as I couldn't find other references posted as to his integrity, and I doubt he has given up the internet.

Second, they made it impossible to leave feedback in many situations.

Third, McClure was no longer registered under original name, so no way to track other possible complainers.

Fourth, you can read the PayPal letter below.  Moral:  Don't trust the ebay feedback & contact system any more, it isn't what it once was.
