Please Note!
  • 3 night minimum stay required (1 week June 15 through Labor Day).
  • We will confirm your reservation once we receive the completed registration and an ADVANCE DEPOSIT equal to 1/3 total amount due, including deposit. For convenience you may prefer to send full payment.
  • Reservations made on SHORT NOTICE should be accompanied by payment in full. (Advance notice of at least 3 weeks suggested.)
  • A REFUNDABLE CLEANING AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the cabin. Deposit is $150 or 15% of the peak rate, whichever is greater. ($150 for one week or less, $450 for 4 weeks, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to charge for damage and cleanup in addition to the deposit if necessary.
  • Linens and towels are available for an additional $50 per stay.
  • Cabin should be left clean (as you found it) and posted instructions should be followed.
  • Keys will be sent out when payment is received in full. If paying by check or money order, payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to rental date.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 P.M and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Please do not check in early or stay late unless special arrangements are made, as we must use this time to prepare for guests.
  • Cancellation policies:
    - More than 30 days prior to stay - fully refundable
    - Less than 30 days but more than 2 weeks prior to stay - one-third amount due refundable
    - Less than 2 weeks prior to stay - no refunds unless the cabin can be re-rented for the canceled time.
  • Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no on-site RVs, camping, or fires.
  • Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
