Please Note!
3 night minimum stay required (1 week June 15 through Labor Day).
We will confirm your reservation once we receive the completed
registration and an ADVANCE DEPOSIT equal to 1/3 total amount due, including deposit.
For convenience you may prefer to send full payment.
Reservations made on SHORT NOTICE should be accompanied by payment in full.
(Advance notice of at least 3 weeks suggested.)
A REFUNDABLE CLEANING AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required and
will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the cabin. Deposit is $150 or 15%
of the peak rate, whichever is greater. ($150 for one week or less, $450 for 4 weeks, etc.)
We reserve the right to charge for damage and cleanup in addition to the
deposit if necessary.
Linens and towels are available for an additional $50 per stay.
Cabin should be left clean (as you found it) and posted instructions should
be followed.
Keys will be sent out when payment is received in full. If paying by check
or money order, payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to rental date.
Check-in time is 4:00 P.M and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Please do not
check in early or stay late unless special arrangements are made, as we must use this time
to prepare for guests.
Cancellation policies:
- More than 30 days prior to stay - fully refundable
- Less than 30 days but more than 2 weeks prior to stay - one-third amount due refundable
- Less than 2 weeks prior to stay - no refunds unless the cabin can be re-rented for the
canceled time.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no on-site RVs, camping, or fires.
